Phanos was a project with my friend Biz Feinberg, creating handmade lights displaying messages in braille.
The Z table was the third piece of furniture I ever built and the first time a used a CNC router. I pulled plans off a DYI site and converted them for the CNC. The whole table and two benches are cut from one piece of zebrawood 8x4 ply.
The Shamba (farm in swahili) Gate was my introduction into welding. I fabricated the gate in a field in rural Kenya where we were starting to grow crops. Metal was a medium I fell in love with immediately.
A further exercise in spot welding.
The kitchen cabinet to my container house was built out of a redwood tree I helped a friend mill up. I fabricated to frame to hold adjustable shelves and hide the plumbing for the sink.
Yup, that's a lifesize cutout of Ludacris on a swivel stand. His spine holds up to 3 bottles of wine, form and function incorporated.
